Free domestic shipping on all orders $100 or more.
Orders below $100 will be required to pay standard shipping rate.
Shipments Outside the United States
We ship to most places worldwide.
Delivery time varies by shipping method and destination.
Shipments may incur customs fees, depending on destination country.
Shipment Times
Since each piece is made to order and on demand, please allow 2-7 business days for production of apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Please add shipping times on top of that.

Doesn't Fit or Changed My Mind
Because everything we make is made to order and on demand, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the product does not fit or if you changed your mind.
Product Was Damaged
We take quality very seriously. Should you have any concerns about the quality of your product upon receipt or if your product comes damaged, please email shopjosepasillas@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll gladly replace any damaged products.
Incorrect Order
